Introductions!
Welcome to Tamriel's Wardens!
If you are new to the guild feel free to make an introduction here! We would love to know more about you!
I'll start us off!
My name is Michael and I am the guild master of Tamriel's Wardens. I have a pretty extensive background with MMOs. I played WoW for years with the occasional break to try out other games. I played ESO on the PC for about 5 months until I became a full time guardian in Destiny. I really enjoy the PvE and social aspects of MMOs so I'm sure I'll end up questing with most of you at some point! I live in Atlanta with my kitty cat Nessa (she enjoys making cameos in Xbox Live parties). I'm excited to adventure in Tamriel with all you fabulous people!
Hello! My name is Patrick and I am a Veteran Warden. I started my early video gaming career on all sorts of games, but the ones I liked best were RPGs. I have no idea how many thousands of hours I've spent on the Final Fantasy saga, and really, I don't want to know. Other console games I love are KOTOR, Mass Effect, Halo, Elder Scrolls, and Destiny. I never played WoW, but only because I never had the time to invest in a great WoW experience. With ESO, I plan to play non-stop until I get fired from my job and die surrounded by Cheez-Its and Diet Pepsi cans. Joking! (Hopefully!)
I live in Oregon with my wonderful finacé Robin, who you might know online as boy1der80. We often play together, so if you hear one of us ask the other to get him a beer/scotch/wine/other, it's a legitimate request. We have a kitty, Geordi (yes, like la Forge from TNG), to whom you may occasionally hear me singing kitty songs. I'm really excited for ESO being a huge fan and avid player of the Elder Scrolls saga. I easily spent over 1000 hours on Skyrim alone. Can't wait to get this party started!
Check out all the familiar faces!
Some of you know me from Guardians of Stonewall. Sorry I've been MIA. Turns out Destiny was not the game for me. I took a break from it and have been unable to motivate myself to return.
Big thanks to Vipersjw for giving me a heads up about this guild.
I'm a 36yo man of Chicago. My introduction to MMO's was Everquest around the turn of the century back when watching macros cooldown was fun and corpse runs seemed like a good use of time. Years later I gave WoW a try but found it boring. I later realized that the lack of any engaging combat was no fun for me and I avoided MMO's all together. I can't get enough of the Elder Scrolls single player experience so when I heard that an MMO set in Tamriel was to be released with an active combat system I got very excited.
Typically when playing RPG's I obsess over every detail in terms of character advancement. At level 5 I already know how many skill points I'll dump into each attribute at level 30. With ESO I plan on taking a much more casual approach. I'm going to let the character develop itself, so to speak. So please speak up if I'm not fully utilizing synergies (best said with jazz-hands) and other team abilities.
At the time of this posting there's only 48 days until ESO comes out on the Xbone. I look forward to questing with you guys!
Well hi!
Most of you know me as Gavin... or Gavin Louise. I am very much looking forward to ESO not only because I adored the Elder Scrolls series (especially Morrowind back on the original xbox), but also as a new social platform to go dancing and raiding with you classy peeps!
I currently live in Indiana, but am Colorado bound! The mountains are calling. Whenever you see me on feel free to say hello!
Hi I am Rick From NewBrunswick Canada. I am a fairly new player/gamer . I am looking forward to getting to know you all and digging into ESO :-) . I have not played any PVP but am ready to give it a try . I have played mostly online coop games with Destiny being my first MMO.
i just realized that I hadn't posted anything in here yet!
My name's Justin. I'm currently in Little Rock, but that might be changing soon. I've been a gamer for a long as I can remember. I'm sure my grandma regrets getting me the Super Nintendo with Mario Kart. I'm mostly into RPG's, with Skyrim and Fallout being my favorites by far. I'm pretty new to MMO's though. The only one I've really played before is Destiny. I look forward to exploring Tamriel with you all!
Hi Everyone! I think I know almost everyone on here, but for those I don't I look forward to playing with you!
I'm the Robin that Patrick (Rad Spacedude) spoke of in his post above. We live together, so all his "I'm from so-and-so, and..." apply to me as well. The will be my first "real" MMORPG, not counting Destiny, as much as I do love it, it doesn't seem to have all the super nerdy MMO aspects. I really enjoy the social aspect of this game and look forward to our first drunk ESO raid!
Oh! I'm also a designer and am the one who made this website pretty!
Hello!
My name is Wesley (IsonBuster on XBL) it's been fun getting to talk to you all so far in game! I'm married after it became legal in Alabama ,for like 3 minutes lol, to my husband Andy (Landagne) on Feb 13th (Friday the 13th!) I work as a bank teller and play lots of games and been gaming for as long as I can remember! Mostly on in the evenings or some weekends. Thanks for the invite to the guild see you in the realm!
Greetings,
Well I have to say, I am really impressed with how well this guild is set up. I believe I am your newest recruit, thanks to Wesley here. My name is Louis and I consider myself a pretty avid gamer. I have been playing MMOs since around the time of Star War Galaxies and have run a few guilds myself, so I can definitely appreciate the commitment. I am from Chicago and live with my husband, Victor. I really appreciate how friendly everyone has been and I look forward to getting to know you all better.
Warm regards,
Louis
Hey everyone!
Why hello there, my name is Sarah! I'm 24 years old and I live in Kansas City Missouri. Apart from my gaming life, I'm a personal trainer on the side and also do simple favors such as creating workouts depending on the specific goal of my client or actually meeting with them in a gym. I'm going to be a police officer soon after I start the academy in August and graduate in December. I also have a loving girlfriend, Mariah, she's on the left side of my pic, of almost 4 years who will soon be my fiancé. I've played a few MMOs here and there such as WOW, Star wars, and the recent final fantasy on ps4. My first game ever was The Legend of Zelda on the NES and I've never looked back. I love gaming because it's a nice stress reliever. I look forward to crossing paths with you fellow Guardians online and will probably be adding all of you on my friends list eventually because I'm cool like that.
Happy Gaming!
-Sarah
